Yes!  There is a Lidl located about a mile away at the Skyland Town Center.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $75.00 to $150.00 per year and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

At Penn View, all utilities are included!  The only thing our residents pay for is any cable or internet service they choose.  WC Smith will handle everything else.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.
